PAYMENTS:
Payment is appreciated on the day of check-in, by cash (within the limit established by law), debit/credit card. Checks are not accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Cancellation/modification is free up to 21 days before arrival.
From 21 to 14 days before arrival the penalty is equal to 30% of the total amount; during the 14 days before the arrival is equal to 70% of the total. In case of no show without cancellation, penalty is 100%.
Within 21 days before arrival, an amount equal to 30% of the reservation may be withdrawn as a deposit/credit card check.
